Honestly this is the only reason i haven't gone through with HRT or anything yet, because while i struggle with my identity and to appear how i want to vs what is expected of me, i feel so overwhelmingly frightened that i would just be an ugly hon who struggles to pass my whole life, because i've been told by people i've discussed transitioning with that im better looking as a guy and its really just picking the lesser of two loathed outcomes and hoping i dont regret it.

Guessing this is an ftm asking lol. Being handsome doesn't help with dysphoria. I was never that bad looking as a guy, didn't have problems finding relationships, but it still doesn't mean I hated being one. It's the same reason why cute girls transition into guys.
Being handsome was great but I didn't get the right kind of attention so it was empty. But now I have to get ffs cause my jawline is too strong and stuff. Being handsome doesn't help with being a girl much unfortunately. At least I have facial symmetry though even if its too masc
