I have a transgender girlfriend who also happens to have Klinefelter Syndrome, and I was curious if there are any more MtFs who have Klinefelter. Most men would have issue with having wider hips, small penis and testicles, and developed female breasts, but being trans, it's actually really helped her not be as dysphoric by having a more feminine body.
