Let me answer this for him since he's at work. We have sex less often like in all marriages, but currently we are living in a house with not only thin walls, but there were 4 other people living with us. One of which was a 4 year old kid and his mom. Our sexual encounters were usually when we knew that no one was home. This is the 2nd time I've taken a regiment of seroquel, can't remember exactly why I changed off it the first time. I'm on pretty much the same dose as that time, but strangely enough I seem to have more of a tolerance to the sleepiness effect, I sometimes still have trouble getting and falling asleep. It's also mildly concerning, but if I don't take my meds at night it becomes nearly impossible for me to fall asleep. I do have a tendency to sometimes get tired in the late morning, early afternoon though. As for appetite, Seroquel actually helped me regain that. Half a year or so prior to that I stopped all my meds at once and even when I was put back on a new medicine, geodon, I had lost about 3/4ths of my appetite and hardly ate anything, lost like 50lbs and was around 150 or so at my lowest. Definitely be careful when messing with these meds.

The same thing happened to me when I started to get off the meds. It was a really slow process, by the time I was down to 100 mg each night, falling asleep started becoming difficult. But since I didn't feel so fake tired all the time I could do more active things and my body became sleepy and not just my mind/psyche.
After three years of a feeling of dreamless sleep it was one of the greatest feeling in the world to wake up and feel energized again. I'm not saying that I would have rather not taken the drugs but it was a hell to go through.

Well it's not always consistent, some days I feel just fine, others a little sluggish, it kind of sucks, but honestly it's pretty bearable and I've definitely dealt with worse. The fatigue from the higher geodon doses were awful, my day would be going fine at work, then all of a sudden I just feel weak and out of energy and I would have to sit down. I'm pretty content with the doses I'm on, though I kind of want to test out if it's the geodon making me sleepy in the morning.
