Both of these techniques will raise your pitch. Once you can do both reliably, experiment with different combinations of up/back until you find something that sounds good to you.

Hormones change (I call it damage) neurons, if I was to cut off your arm and dissect it without knowing your gender before hand and with the right equipment I could determine whether you were female or male by your mitochondrion count and the space between your schwann cells.
