Voting with emotion is a tried and tested tradition, and the average voter does it a lot. The idea of having someone like that represent me is more than enough reason for me not to want to vote for him. Beyond the emotional response, having a head of state with those personality traits would be a national embarrassment, and it would definitely sour international relations. Over and above this, with his history of using ghost writers, it would also not be shocking if his platform were not even written by him. The platform itself though, it's less unpalatable than the man himself.
However, I'm a Canadian, and in the end my opinion doesn't matter.

It's a James Bond Empire fantasy. Those days are done. If America doesn't want an independent non-EU Britain, it is clear from both an international economical and greater western foreign policy that Britain in the EU is best for the west, despite what bought politicians having their crusty dreams of imperial dominion being fed by the cash and views of an international smut vendor

Being tall and big and trans is tough; there's no question about that. It probably doesn't make sense to give up hope, though. You might want to post a photo for people to see, it might be easier to give advice that way.
