I prefer those who keep what they're born with with regards to genitals and if I'm serious about someone they have to be open about the potential of starting a family, so either adopting or allowing me to get pregnant in order to have children.
The reason why for the genitals is because I feel that current options for those who opt for surgery are barbaric and do not do people justice, however I understand that people have dysmorphia which can push them into opting to have it done. The end result is also honestly rather unattractive to me, unfortunately, so I can't enjoy sexual relationships due to that.
On top of that, I appreciate when people take the time and patience to explain about pronouns in the event that someone might inquire. Easy goingness and a general sense of self confidence and not being easily offended is a highly attractive trait regardless of cis/trans. I've had bad experiences with that in the past but also positive ones so I can generally pick up on when someone is going to be that way.
