Hard to quantify, but those with gender dysphoria tend to feel better when they take HRT. I don't really know too much about what it does to people that don't have dysphoria; anyways, it's hard to predict for you if you'll feel better or worse.
Basically:
-Are you okay with not having kids?
-Are you okay with having a limp dick?
-Are you okay with growing boobs?
If your answer to any of those is "no" then hormones (at least at mtf levels; you may want to check /femgen/ for other options) are probably not a good idea. Otherwise, it comes down to how you'll feel on HRT, which is hard to predict without just trying it.

So... I seem to be having a bit of a problem. Apparently my prolactin levels won't quit increasing. In my last bloodwork they were at 60 ng/mL. That's 3x the maximum normals for women who aren't in pregnancy. Those are levels for a woman in 2nd trimester pregnancy.
Before I started HRT 8 months ago my levels were 6 ng/mL and I've had 3 bloodworks done since and it just keeps going up every time, from 22 to 28 to 60.
