If it looks cakes it's not done right. That could be the brushes, the makeup or the applicator. There are so many tutorials online. Just judging by your pictures, you should First concentrate on learning how to do an even base of foundatio, one colour eyeshadow and eyeliner.
Once you have those down looking natural, look at blush and colour. The though thing is not jumping in the deep end. Start simple and work up.

Good in what way? I have like zero hips, and most of that number is butt rather than actual hippage (the hip bone area is like, 31", butt adds 3"). I have broad shoulders and no hips to counterbalance them. I don't even have a large chest either. If I had hips, or normal non-boxy broad shoulders I'd be totally fine, but I don't. And surgically, all I can realistically fix is being somewhat flat.

yeah, i have a pretty minor brow ridge but i fixate on it. if anything itd be for myself rather than to pass better. i think my forehead is somewhat high naturally so i might do a hairline lowering which is generally done with the brow bone shave/forehead contouring. then i might get a nose job... i dunno about that though. my nose already got a bit smaller from hrt it seems
