Would being bipolar fuck with my dysphoria even more? Got diagnosed a month ago but haven't told my doctor about my dysphoria but now that I think about it my bipolar has a big role in why I feel like shit with being trans and then suddenly accept it and am happy with who I am. Anyone else feel this way?

I know how you feel op, just take some time to learn yourself, see what you find comfortable and how you feel both socially and alone with yourself, find that one thing you can call you.

if you get on mood stabilisers or antipsychotics and your dysphoria goes away, ur not trans senpai
if u get on HRT and your bipolar symptoms go away, you were just having wild dysphorias bro
