It's possible you'll get more feminine. Some women experience more breast growth when their estrogen is elevated on, say, taking lots of birth control, or being pregnant.
But maybe you won't. The effects you'll experience will probably be minimal at best if your estrogen levels are normal.

Estrogen is a signal hormone. It tells various parts of your body how to act under its influence. To my knowledge your body won't act more feminine by being told extra hard to do its estrogen job. By that logic MtFs could just take ten times the dose of HRT and become more feminine than cis women by default. Once the scale is tipped it's tipped.
I'm sure you could achieve some feminizing effects from taking estrogen, but I'd be very careful with the dosage. MtFs basically drown themselves in hormones and anti-androgens to override the testicles and achieve the levels that a cis woman would produce naturally. And those pills are tough on the liver.

Also, cis females should never take extra estrogen unless they are already low. Having too much estrogen is a reaaaaallllly bad idea and your menstrual cycle will probably shit blood out of your uterus.

Unless you don't menstruate, and thus have low estrogen levels, it'd probably be minimal.
What's more likely to happen is that you end up with hormone imbalances, which would pretty much be like having your menses 24/7, with bloating and everything, but no bleeding obviously.
You'd maybe get a bit bigger breasts, maybe you'd even see a slight shift in body fat.
On the other hand, you might also end up with cancer, way too thick blood that could lead to blood clots... So, you might end up needing to remove your breasts because of breast cancer, and amputate limbs because they got clogged.
