You've always had problems with your gender, and you recently performed a poem about it. everyone was super supportive about it, and you decide to shave your head to feel more comfortable in your skin. you stand under the shower, and first cut through the heteronormativity of your long ish hair, then grab a shaver and do the rest. you can feel wind on your scalp, its super weird. you turn the shower on to wash away the mountain of hair on the floor, it starts moving towards you. suddenly, it is chasing you. you have nowhere to run. the hair rises, now has arms, and begins to stick itself to any part of your body it can access. you hear distant screaming. you can never escape heteronormativity.
