My shower routine is as follows:
Start with hot water and rub face with hot/wet flannel while standing under the water to give my face a good scrub. Then showergel and one of those netty looking scrubber things to scrub and clean my body. Then I wash my hair with shampoo, and I condition every other day or my hair ends up looking greasy. Then I use tea tree oil facial wash and rub it into my face, let it sit for a couple mins and then wash off. Then I ex foliate with clean and clear, let it sit for a couple mins again and then wash off. Then I use conditioner all over my body so that it soaks in and softens my body hair and then I shave my body, get out of the shower and apply some anti spot moistuiser to my face and neck and normal moisturiser to the rest of my body after drying myself off with the towel. Sometimes my acne will clear up for a few weeks and I will be fine, and then there's other times where I wake up every morning with like 5-10 spots on my face, some of them being the really soar ones. I'm going to wait a couple months on HRT but if my acne is still a problem i'm going to go and try and get prescribed some of that doctors special acne shit cos i've had enough with it. I'm not very old though (18) so i'm not suprised that I still have spots, but it's just annoying as fuck when I have a fem face and everything but I can't feel confident in passing because of my spots. Thank god for make-up though. I'm not posting face because I don't have a camera anywhere at all so I literally can't

Don't wash your hair daily if you're having oil issues. Shampoos strip natural oils and your scalp overcompensates, which is why your hair is always oiliest a day after washing it.

I'll try that. It's not really my hair that is the main issue though. I have an oily face after like half a day after showering and then by the time I go to bed it's almost like I never showered. I've tried showering twice every day before but that didn't really do much and I've tried showering before bed instead of the morning and that doesn't do shit either.
