Yes but the majority of those women still have the bone structure of a woman. AKA: proportionally small ribcage, wide hips and pelvis, smaller hands and feet, etc. The proportions match up with what you'd typically see in a shorter cis woman.
Put a six foot tall trans woman next to a cis woman of the same height and it wouldn't be hart to pick out the differences. One's body was likely fucked up by testosterone for the majority of her life, the other's had a stable female hormone profile for all of her's.
