While androgynous works for some, it is a very hard line to follow, and genetics and hormones are against you. To maintain it you will need to not have to much estrogen, and little testosterone too. Then you'll be fighting osteoporosis all the time because you don't have proper hormone levels in you.

If you've lived for a while with T in your system it already shapes your bones differently and affects your height and hips. Those changes are permanent. Like it's not like just taking E magically solves every problem. This is why all the femboys take E and spiro/cypro. Most of the info on hormone related osteoporosis in genetic males seems to be on much older men who have had orchi for one reason or another. Its pretty well known that older people are far more susceptible in general.
I think its unlikely that simply having very low T ,especially at a young age, would cause osteoporosis in an otherwise healthy person who gets the proper amount of Vit D, Calcium and exercise. Adding a small amount of E wouldn't hurt, considering estrogen is the primary sex hormone responsible for bone health in both females AND males.
Lack of T also seems to come with a list of other minor and major benefits (depending on perspective) and may actually increase the lifespan of genetic males. Basically, as long as you're not already 50 or 60 I think a lot of the fears about having low sex hormones are overblown.
