now ive been self medding 5 months, i intend to go to him and say 'here is some literature detailing changes in trans healthcare from WPATH, the royal college of psychologists and from the endrocrine society. this says i should be prescribed hormones officially due the dangers to self medding, this says i should be prescribed hormones officially due to long referral times and reducing psychological distress, this says i should be prescribed hormones because of duty of care, this is a readout of the ranges my various hormone levels should be, if you don't feel comfortable doing this still, refer me to the generic endo at the local hospital to do my blood, here's my self med dosage, these are the drugs brands available on the NHS, if you do not do this i will file a complaint and find a GP who can do this as you are not following NHS guidlines as set out in 2013. i really hope it works out, the guidelines for care say it should but so few GPs know anything about trans stuff. There is talk that while the budget to gender clinics is going to be increased, as a non-frontline service it will also be cut, and won't even cover the increased number of referrals clinics have been getting in recent years. As a result, the GP training on trans health is intended to be upscaled massively so GPs should be prescribing mones more readily in the future. Hopefully. Fingers crossed.

idklol this is my second time riding a bus. I took it to go see my gf since it was really cheap. I don't think i could sleep on a bus if I wanted to anyway, I have enough trouble getting to sleep in my own bed.
also I've been pretty constantly feeling like I'm gonna throw up while on the bus.
