To some degree, yes. I've gotten over it for the most part. I've only had sex with two people before my current boyfriend whereas he has had sex/fooled around with countless guys and some of them he's currently friends with and I interact with occasionally. Just the fear of breaking up and not being able to find anyone good for me.
