If I look at /lgbt/ tru-trans seem actually fucking rare here. It's more like /trap/. People wanna keep their junk because the result of SRS isn't perfect, which makes me question how valid their concerns with their bodies really are.
Of course I proritized VFS and FFS and hormonal transition over SRS, but I'm definitely getting SRS. If it wasn't for the WPATH SoC requirement however, I'd get whichever surgery I get the soonest appointment for, even if that's SRS.

Transitioning is effective at totally curing dysphoria (at least, it has been to me). Without dysphoria, it boils down to 'do you want to be cute and infertile, or ugly and fertile?', and I don't want to have kids.
Cuteness > Fertility + monthly period pains.

it really depends on what your 3/10 is vs mine. realistically it's much easier to get in shape, learn to take care of yourself / hygiene. a 3/10 can easily become a 9/10 with maybe 2 years of dedicated work. think i'd rather be the 3/10 cis girl because of the potential to become a normal qt3.14. it also depends a lot on the genetics of the 3/10. i'd really have to see both options before I could come to a solid conclusion, but like having functional female parts is definitely a major upscale comparably even if the shell is a fixer upper.
