What is the best way to end a gay friends with benefits relationship? I'm no longer attracted or excited by hooking up with a guy that I've been seeing once a month and I want to break it off with him without any drama or bitterness. Should I tell him face-to-face, through instant messaging / email or just ignore all incoming communication? Best way to deal?

Oh, and we are both men with partners so we're both living in glasshouses hoping the other doesn't throw stones.
