Yes, but it won't heal necessarily heal the scars. That damage is already done. For me, the acne itself actually went away within about 2-3 months, but even 2 years later I still have scars that haven't totally healed. My skin in general doesn't and will likely never have that nice porcelain smoothness unless I shell out for acid treatments or laser resurfacing. In the mean time makeup can help a lot :/
