Why isn't there a male equivalent to political lesbianism?
The closest thing I can think of is Men Going there Own Way (MGTOW); but men don't identify as gay or have sex with men in that movement. They mostly just replace women with masturbation (probably thinking about women or consuming porn with women in it).
Is there something biological or cultural that makes political lesbianism possible and (male) political gayness more difficult?
It would be so hot if MGTOW guys would decide to fuck each other and that they didn't even need women for sex.

MGTOW is new in contemporary politics, but has many historical equivalents. FGTOW can probably exist but exists at the disadvantage of women typically being smaller and allegedly less intelligent.
In the ancient context if men went MGTOW and at least still reproduced without a long term commitment, they could still go cut down trees and build stuff and squabble over philosophy. Women by contrast would have a harder time doing the same thing, especially when their non-committal reproductive sex would include pregnancy and early childcare.

They do though. Not all, majority still have sex with women and what have you - but that movement does fulfill the role you desire.
I'm guessing it's easier for a woman to be a political lesbian than a it is for a guy to be a political homosexual because women's sexualities are morw based on emotions and feelings. That lesbian that wrote A Self Made Man, where she disguised herself as a fuy and wrote about her experiences, said how even after she revealed herself to be female to the women she went on dates with as a guy, a decent number still wanted to pursue something with her because they 'felt a spark.'
Also feminism is more widespread so there's a lot more extremists than there are MRAs or MGTOWs.
i've never met a political lesbian. Is this a common thing? do they disclose that they aren't sexually attracted to women or do they lie about it? If they lie, that could explain the "lesbian bed death" stereotype.

And the fact that until a few centuries ago, women pretty much depended on men to support them. Men could live independently, needing marriage only to reproduce (or, for the upper classes, to form political alliances).
