I'm in the process of transitioning(mtf) and I've realized how much time and thought have been wasted on planning my transition, it's like a game to me, but it feels like a useless effort.

Ideally, I'd like to actually have a life outside of always talking and thinking about transitioning and find some sort of hobby outside of jerking off.

I don't wanna be 40 on my 3rd round of FFS, realizing how much time I wasted on useless shit because I was going to be an ugly 40 year old anyway. Time is flying. I'm 22 now with no college degree, not even a year of college completed and no job, but I can only keep my mind on this one goal. It just seems unhealthy, idk.

I just don't have much interest in anything else in life.

I assume that trannies find hobbies the same way that cisgender people do: by trying new activities for shits and giggles. If you like the activity, keep going. If you don't, then try something else for fun.

Maybe take some time to try out some of the hobbies you were discouraged from showing any interest in while you were being raised as a boy. I recommend crochet. It's repetitive and soothing like meditation, but you have something to show for it when you're done.
