How do you date a transgirl without seeming delusional about her actual gender to friends and family?
Stop giving a fuck. I'm sure that answer sounds basic and easy, and it's something you hear all the time, but it's the only way. That's all I did. I dealt with a lot of ridicule at first and I would be lying if I said it didn't bother me, but it gets better. I think pretending to not care on my girlfriend's behalf helped me not care in earnest.
