The fucking genetics here are absurd but the exercise portion of things is doable. Skip all upper body, we're just going to let that atrophy on hrt. You want lower body stuff. Squats, kickbacks, lunges, side lunges, hip abductions and glute raises. Those can all be done at home without any weights. She's also got very nice skin, do you have a nice routine for that yet?
