Yeah usually you need laser and/or electrolysis. HRT is reversible if you aren't on it for too long, but growing significant amounts of breast tissue is permanent. Also you'll eventually go infertile.

I've thought about this shit too and here's my rant. Ask yourself this: what other guy ITT would a tgirl go for? Go over all the posts. Notice something? Well there's Yeson with microscalpels and permanent sutures and Remacle with laser and temporary sutures and I guess the results of both boil down to whether the surgeons are having a good day.
Of course you need voice training afterwards, but you don't have to shift your larynx around like you're some acrobat showing off your throat skills, and I think that takes a huge bit of work off your shoulders.

Seriously considering transitioning. I care little if I'll be considered ugly, and if I'd pass I'd be really fucking happy. But I value honesty so don't be afraid to voice your first thought when you see my picture here.
If I'd start transitioning I'd start counting calories again to get rid of my depression chubbyness, and because I'm fairly beefy I would also make efforts to reduce my muscle mass.
