Here is what I do.
First, I try not to eat for three or so hours before. I guess eating stimulated your bowels, whatever.
I drink a cup a full cup of coffee fairly quickly (this works for me because I don't really drink coffee every day). It makes me poop about 15 to 30 minutes after.
Once that's done, I take a brand new enema and use it all up. I hold it for as long as I can, then I let it go.
