My fat distribution is totally fucked up. It's like my body is only capable of storing fat in belly, thighs and butt (but not that much there) making me look pregnant all the time. I guess it's just the unfortunate white people's genetics I can't fight against. Besides a fat belly looks weird on my skinny lanky body and "losing weight" would be stupid considering how my ribs are visible already. If I undergone liposuction would it somehow interfere with HRT?

I have this same problem. I'm underweight, and I look like a skeltal, yet I still have a paunchy belly. I'm hoping HRT will change my fat distribution a bit, or else a tummy tuck is yet another impossibility to heap on the surgery pile.
