does anyone else get a sustained muscle contraction when receiving anal sex?

whenever I take anything past the second sphincter, if it's rough I get a sustained kind of cramp, like I'm trying to push whatever it is out
it's completely uncontrollable and despite being intense and pleasurable I can't keep having sex, so if it happens before I have a prostate orgasm it ruins it

really really slowly with an understanding top, reach where your limit is and it won't go any further, and start applying very gentle pressure on the toy so it's pressed up at the end, and after a while you may slowly get some movement further inside you
