Never had one either, spoken with a lot of different professionals about it and some get them some don't. If they don't happen the sperm will just deteriorate and the cells recycle without any ejaculation. So if you've never had them either chances are you won't have them.

Stop masturbation and take pills that enhance dreams like tryptophan, 5-htp, st. Johns wort, etc.
A lot of anti-anxiety and antidepressants give you pretty wild dreams too but in a lot of people they kill your sex drive.
