I'm female, straight, dominant, and very into BDSM as a lifestyle. One of my major fetishes is "forced" crossdressing/sissy. And while I know there are many men who enjoy it, I worry that they may end up to be transsexual, if that makes sense.
I see it sometimes mentioned here (and on other places) that crossdressers are essentially transwomen who have chosen to not transition for one reason or another or haven't done enough self-reflection. But I don't know if the comment is made as a joke or has any weight behind it.

There is some weight to the statement that crossdressers and femboys are trans in denial. Now, it isn't true always, possibly not even the majority but it does tend to be a thing. i think your concerns are legit. I think crossdressing or sissy play is fine to do, but people should really stay away from "hypno" videos.
