If the laser place you go to offers packages for multiple sessions go for it. It's less expensive and it's consistent in zapping hair each month. Laser isn't that bad in terms of overall pain. Sure it can sting badly and the smell of hair burning is weird but it's worth it. It will take a fair amount of sessions depending on your facial hair growth patterns and how full of a beard you initially have to see good results. After awhile when you're able to get away with laser every one in a while only then should you consider electrolysis to get what's left.
Personally for me I was never able to get beyond a few hairs on my cheeks but had a full chin and upper lip area. Hiding that beard shadow was annoying. After about 5 sessions I no longer need to do the covering trick involving red. I can do two alternating layers of concealer and foundation around those areas and I'm good for the day. It's much better than before and I only expect it to get better as I'll need less to cover up.
So do your research about laser places and go for it.
Lastly do something about your eyebrows. You can find tutorials on how to shape your brows. The goal is to bring out your eyes since you and a fair amount of mtfs have deep set eyes.

I don't believe that laser is covered since it's considered non-medical for the most part because it has no health components like medication or therapy. Laser shouldn't be too expensive overall. I got a package of 5-6 (forgot how much) sessions for about $375 and it's a permanent thing as long as you are on hormones and not off then for an extended period of time.
The reason it will take awhile to see great results is because hair is fickle in that hair goes through growth cycles. Just because you see progress doesn't mean that you necessarily zapped the dormant hair follicles so you'll have touch up sessions about every other month rather than every month.

Look up tutorials for deepset eye makeup . It seems you don't have facial hair shadow which is great. Which means less worry about using concealer outside of dark circles.
If you have absolutely no idea where to start consider a makeup consultation.
I can tell you though that you'll get rather fair foundation but the type depends on what your skin is like. Is it dry, oily, sensitive, a mix of dry/oily, or neither (average). Get concealer to match the foundation you use. Some say to get a shade lighter but it depends on how your skin is. Get a eyeshadow palette as well along with eyeliner and mascara. For palette I recommend a nude/brown shares for starters since those are pretty universal for many settings.
Get a foundation, eyeshadow, eye crease, and eye smudger brush. You can also get a kit and you'll probably get what you'll need. Stock up disposable foam triangles to apply concealer.
Applying eyeshadow is basically get a light shade for the eye lid and apply up to the bottom of your eyebrow. Next apply a darker color in your eye crease which you can feel the gap between your eye and brow ridge. Finally apply another light/lighter color around the corners of your eye.
That should help for starters.

It's going to take a lot more than two months but you'll get there. At two months, it's just beginning, and you likely don't even have female levels of testosterone yet. The pic is dark but I wouldn't be surprised if you passed in the future.

What do you take and what dosages? And very little happens at 2 months. You'll notice your skin is a lot different at a like 4, and fat structure on your face will be noticeably different at like 6 months.

Oh, that's not so bad. It's hard to say without a picture, though. If you're not comfortable posting a picture here, maybe you could try dressing androgynous-femme for a few months and observe your ma'am/sir ratio. If it's nonzero, you'll probably be fine.
