There is more information than just velocity in physics. Paint interacting with surface may heavily take into consideration the coeff. of friction of the paint (which is actually extremely important in how paint splatters). However, you COULD only be concerned with how this affects the velocity of the paint, in which case you could just say "why not say that all physics is velocity?". Do you walk into your physics classes for civil engineering and tell the professor "Professor, I think you are trying to say velocities, not physics.".

You need to learn to accept your body. Surgeries aren't really going to fix body image issues. FFS focuses on the face and SRS focuses on the genitals.
Hormones focuses on the body, but then after puberty your skeleton is set, and things depend on genetics and dosage (and availability)
I would also say to be fair your own self. Is there other ways to be satisfied with your self?
