I have a constant itch in my anus that I scratch and insert my finger deep into my butt and dig out turds sometime. There's an over the counter pinworm medication called Pin X that works pretty well, but makes you dizzy and can give you stomach cramps and diarrhea. I had to take it all the time as a kid because grew up on a farm, loved playing in the mud, and it would get stuck under my fingernails and that's how you get pinworm eggs in you.
Did you know they can spread to the vagina if you have one and the infection gets bad enough?
