I went to a rather exclusive and extremely conservative engineering school. My being openly trans and dressing as a goth girl was utterly scandalous. Especially when I showed up at the formal in a goth dress with black make-up.
Seems like it would be a lot of fun to wear prom dresses and stuff.
With tuxes and suits the variations are practically unnoticeable.
