Sure why not. Recently had my name legally changed and thought I was going to get fired for being trans at work. Turns out that my managers suspected that I was trans before coming out to them and after sorting things out with them they surprisingly asked me to come into work as a woman after my court order went through with corporate. So I was given a new uniform, got rid of my boymode work appearance, and had my first shift as a waitress at the restaurant I work at and things went much better than expected with coworkers and my customers today seem to read me as female so far.
I've been on hormones for 4 months and had a total of 5 laser sessions. I got to a point where I could use less concealer however it does an amazing job of hiding what facial shadow I have remaining. I just started full-time after my name change went through. Thoughts or tips? I have to wear my hair up at work and I'm thinking about pretty or elegant ways to put up my hair.

Altho I don't know much about haircuts, I know at least that your hair really won't do for a girl's hair (that's part of why you look FtM, you look like an emo boy). Perhaps you could try growing it longer? It will be at an awkward length for a while but eventually when it's longer it'll add some more femininity to your face. But growing your hair is a long term thing and may take one to two years, and you'll have to learn how to take care of it and find a good hairdresser who knows you want it to look feminine and knows how to handle that.
Also, wearing a small (perhaps A-cup) push-up bra to make your chest look less flat would help too

Passing is a matter that needs multiple elements to come together. Clothing choices that work for you, voice, how you carry yourself, hair, hygiene, genetics, how long have you been on hormones, and cosmetics. I guess there is a degree of variance in how the selfie camera in your phone takes your picture based on lighting, angle, shadows, and how the lens works in your camera.
