Well, I'm in the Alaskan wilderness right now so I can't really post any but they're easily searchable. The only real providers (that I'd trust) for the surgery are him, a guy in Belgium, and Yeson. I choose spiegel for my girls because he has great post surgery care and if something goes wrong (which apparently hasn't happened yet) he offers to correct it or try his best to.
