He's probably my top choice for now. I just feel he's probably one of the best surgeon overall. I would say his strength is in jaw/chin work. I've done a consult with him and it was great.

They are a close second. I really like their foreheads and nose, probably better than Dr Bart. But I think they are a bit too conservative for the chin/jaw, which is why I feel Dr Bart might be the better choice for now. Doing a consult with them soon.

I personally feel he is overrated. Still one of the top surgeons in the world but I don't think he's the best. It also doesn't help that the pictures on his websites are really unreliable compared to the first two (flattering angles, lighting, makeup, etc) which prevents you to see an objective difference. He's really good at nosejobs so I'll give him that. Might do a consult with him.

I've seen some people mention him and claim he is the best surgeon ever (also the most expensive)! Only problem is that I've only seen only one result of him. I mean it was good but it was only one result and the lady looked very different from me so it doesn't really help. He also did Cait Jenner apparantly, but she looks really bad and still very masculine if you ask me. But to be fair I cannot blame the surgeon for that, this is mostly because she is hon queen 2015. Her age doesn't really help. I would need to see more before/after pics as I cannot just trust the internet's word for it.

So yeah, these are the options I am considering for now, feel free to contribute.

Just found out about Dr Deschamps-Braly. He was handpicked and picked by Dr Ousterhout (inventor of FFS). I've read amazing reviews so far but haven't found before/after pics yet.

He's about ~45k usd from what I've seen

Deschamps has the best education but he's just starting also.
Facial team is ok.
Spiegel is conservative.
I don't thin Bart is the best by any means. He is ok. He goes for a more convex forehead with filler and build up rather then resetting it back. This is what lee does also...

Well I need a nice forehead result and nice chin and jaw result. I really like DB and if he impresses me and we are on page I think I will go with him. It will probably be between him and DiMaggio. Or maybe facial team for jaw. I like facial teams jaw work more than DiMaggios but I like DiMaggios foreheads better than facial team

I have a friend who went to DiMaggio. She had a fairly prominent brow bone and he did excellent work on her. Everything else looked fine as well. Subtle and natural without veering into porno shemale territory. That, along with the fact that I'm poor and couldn't afford Spiegel puts him at the top of my list.

I think DiMaggio is better than Spiegel desu. Spiegel just has more of a reputation. DiMaggio has been a craniofacial surgeon for a long time. He has done things much more complicated than setting back mtf foreheads. I keep hearing that he isn't extensive or aggressive with the mandible. So that turns me off a bit. Idk though.. I'm into BDD territory desu. Maybe he would do a good job on lower face.

Well maybe he does. But he still likes to build up more than set back. Its fairly evidence in the results. Its not bad... its just a bit bulkier. For some girls its preferable. Not for me, my forehead is already too bulky over my eyes and such kind of hanging out I really want it set back hardcore.
