A few femgen guides say they do and a few say they don't. In my case (18 years old) would they change anything at all in the near future w/ or w/out testosterone limiters? I don't have much puberty left (early bloomer, full body hair around 13), I am, however already 6ft tall and have an average male frame. My tallest immediate relative is my uncle at around 6'4", if that's relevant. I am taller than both my parents.
From my current perspective it just seems problematic, since most soy is just fat and I need to get that qt3.14 waist.

No, you would need to eat/imbibe lethal quantities of soy products to get any notable change in hormone levels. This applies for pretty much every other herbal phytoestrogen or wive's tale method of reducing testosterone. The only way to reduce your androgen levels in any appreciable manner is to take grill pills and/or androgen blockers.
Also, soy isn't going to make you fat unless you're chugging soybean oil or something. Soymilk and tofu are pretty much just protein and very small amounts of fat.

Thanks for the laugh
When you exercise, you gain muscle and loose fat. When you do squats, you won't get a belly and in order to get an ass you need to eat LOTS of protein after your workout to build up the muscles in your butt. This doesn't mean you'll become Arnold Schwarzenegger, you'll still be thin, albeit a bit toned, if you do low impact workouts and cardio. Also you may not be doing your squats right, and doing only squats for butt is not enough. Look up full butt workouts on youtube and follow those.
Remember, muscle isn't always bad. Muscle is what gives nice butts and thighs their shape and jiggle
