since recovery went quite quickly I had sex from the point on when I was able to stop betadin and silvex cream(roughly 2 months mark)
visually the feedback was pretty much exclusively positive and surprised about the quality

since recovery was different depending on what action you want to do here a small list
walking was fine pretty much from the time I was allowed out of bed (walked 2 hrs a week after surgery) didn't need painkillers and stuff
so walking around was pretty much from the start
running and lifting after 4 months
sex (as in lesbian type of it) after 2 months
minor pain spike during month 3 when nerves reconnected more
lubrication after 3 weeks, significantly increased after month 3
clitoral stimulation was fine after a month
vaginal after 2 weeks (as in dynamic dilation feeling pleasurable|, not as in getting pounded) sex toy worked fine after 3 months
urinal tract 1 week, minor pain during the 3rd week (i blame extremely spicy thai food for that tho)

it starts at 1-1/8" five times a day for 20-30 minutes. I think after 2-3 months it's 3x daily, and 6 months it goes down to one time. After a year, weekly. I'm not entirely sure, but I know they'll tell me at my follow-ups. They recommend adding #2 (1-1/4") at 5 weeks and #3 (1-1/2"?) at 8 weeks.
Never any dynamic dilation, but sex/ masturbation are ok at 8 weeks, so it's not like movement would be a problem.

he requires you to stay in thailand (hotel next to his clinic) for a month post op with daily checkups by a nurse and 2 per week by himself to make sure nothing happens
but if I'm not happy with the look or want some changes I can just get a revision for free after a year anytime I want
for normal stuff you can go to a gyn but without speculum (or just very small ones) for the first year from there on it's pretty much "go to wherever natal females would go"
