Why is this?
Testosterone has more dramatic effects then estrogen and mtfs usually don't shell out for FFS even though ftms have to get top surgery
Bottom surgery for ftms is complete ass though, so it evens out a little

Still, at least FTM's are pretty much guaranteed to look like a guy(usually an attractive one too) without any surgery.
A vast majority of MTF's need facial surgery, but you're right on MTF's having the better genital situation.
