Hi, I was wondering if someone can give me advice.
Backstory
Back in 2012 I thought I was Trans, so I went to see my Psychiatrist and he said to do Therapy for a year, cause it can be a phase, and to try crossdressing.
After a while it just fell out, I didn't feel like it and just assumed it was a phase (plus I realized I was Bi at the time so I assumed it was that)
Now over the last couple of months I've had these feelings and I didn't know what they were so I ignored them, but around a week ago they came back and they are stronger now, I haven't seen the Psychiatrist yet but I will be seeing him in January and I am starting to get Anxious.
I want to start HRT, but I don't want to wait a year, 3 months is okay but I'd prefer to start ASAP.
Any idea's as to what I can do? My Mom probably wouldn't like me doing anything without a Doctor or Psychiatrists word and it's eating me up inside.
Right now we are looking for a Gender Therapist and I might be buying some girl clothes this week to start Cross-Dressing.
