I'd guess to be somewhat guaranteed, you'd have to start between 12-14, or simply never have had elevated testosterone (started puberty).
Even at 12-14, I don't think you're necessarily guaranteed, because testosterone may already have acted a bit, and decided that your hips are gonna be male.
Also, female and male babies have differences in the pelvis, so even if you start before puberty, you're probably never gonna have quite as wide hips as you'd have if you were born female.

you're at an advantage training on hormones anyway. there are fair number of professional vocalists who take birth control just to stabilise their voice. it won't change your voice, but it will prevent crashes. i transitioned at 17 in 2001 when i didn't know vocal training existed and i couldn't, and still can't handle hearing recordings of myself; and socialising + self-consciousness still did the work for me, so it often works out. if you've been on them since 16 you should be ok. you even have to stop using deep voices because your vocal cords technically thin and tire quicker and you get gross sticky spit build up in the back throat. i'd worry about damage from using a deep voice forever.

well, like you know the symptoms of tiring your voice and it starts breaking and getting harder to keep speaking. you just generally have to rest your voice as a rule when that happens. when your vocal cords thin you will still have the same vocal cord length influencing pitch range and pharynx, etc affecting resonance, but you will need to speak in tones easier on your vocal cords and deeper (even shy mumbly) tones, even if "natural", aren't easier on them, i found.

My own hypothesis, again completely no evidence whatsoever, would be that because the Y chromosome is a mutation of the X chromosome, it has a higher likelihood to have problems associated with it such as becoming inactive or what have you. I'd think it's much more rare for one of two X chromosomes to have a mutation that would cause dysphoria.
Sort of why certain diseases or conditions are more likely to occur in males or females simply due to the chromosomes effects on the body.
