Not going to post my female voice for a while (it sounds like shit because I can't practice in this house of cardboard walls) https://clyp.it/3ofp5q5b# But am I the only one who thinks my male voice sounds kind of sexy?

You sound like the one with the cold, to be honest. Your voice is really raspy. I do understand the desire to have a lower female voice. I want to aim for something like Miyuki Sawashiro's voice, personally. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=70C_wz_cMSs

Damn I hate speaking
>>5313416
After eliminating my vocal-fry and increasing the pitch-variance of my inflection. I found the most success trying to decompose the different elements of female singers and imitate them as a starting point. Then after going up to extremely high and ridiculous pitches, I toned it down to a level that I was comfortable speaking in. After practicing and using it for so long in public, it eventually became my natural speaking voice.
Eh, why not. Also I know my voice is kind of nasal.

it sounds female, but it also sounds unstable, as if you are "doing a voice" I'd say pull your trachea back more and try with a slightly lower pitch. you can work up from there and it will sound more stable.
you dont want to sound like you're at the upper limit of your pitch, but be in the medium female range
another thing that helps is to never ever use your male voice if possible. my totally relaxed voice sound like a woman speaking in a low pitch

not weird. practice is practice!
>Does that sound any better?
it sounds pretty close to the same. make sure your voice is super clear, and it's okay to let it drop deeper to have more contrast in the tone.
I'd also try pushing more air and using a louder voice. it will help with clarity.

Complete female to me. No question.
If you don't mind me asking, how did you get your voice that good? The most I've been able to do is get my voice to sound higher and gayer, but beyond that I haven't been able to grow past that at all. My voice is naturally kinda deep, but I almost never speak at my low register unless I am in a nervous situation like a presentation something that causes me to automatically drop to my lowest register.
Basically, I want a voice like yours, so did you do any tutorials, practices or tips to get there?

Need some advice.
I don't know how to get more variance in my voice. I can go up to like 280-290hz, maybe higher at times, but not normally. I also have difficulties getting below 200hz.
I think if I could maybe make my spectrum be between 150-300hz it'd be great, that's I believe a large enough variance in voice to sound completely normal (not that I'd peak at the bottom and top that often, but that I can go to those tones without problems if I need to).
And again, I can't really do anything about sounding hoarse.
>>5364171
But your morning is better than mine.
>>5364217
Your voice sounds fem. There are fem voices like that. If you're really not ok with your voice variance, then try some singing exercises and singing in general. Though your type of voice generally lacks variance even in females. So I wouldn't be so upset because of it cuz it passes very good.
>>5364228
I find it difficult to figure out how I make my voice go up and down, I don't have much control on the pitch. Sometimes when I think I'm pushing down my pitch, it's instead going up.
Any advice on figuring it out, and getting more control on it? Like, how it should feel, or how I do it.

The shittiness of your recording combined with the peppiness of your voice and the repetition of homophones made so it was like listening to a soundboard.
