I used to have long hair, most of the way down my back, now I keep it cropped short. I usually take it down to around 5mm and depending on the time of year don't let it get much longer than around 1.5-2.0 cm. With regards to weight, I'm a very fussy eater (offer me a salad and I'll probably say "no thanks, I don't eat rabbit food" lol). I only tend to eat once or twice per day, the biggest problem there is inactivity due to the previously mentioned issues and genetics, men on my fathers side of the family tend to carry most of their weight around their midriff.
I do have a full beard and 'stache, but I've found most people prefer clean shaved guys even with the current fashion trend towards bearded guys
