In the spirit of actually providing support that might be useful to someone in their transition...spiro is god awful. It's like your transition doesnt' really even start until you get an orchie or at least get on a better antiandrogen (cypro, flutamide, bicalutamide).
Also, birth control pills (ethinyl estradiol + progestin) have way stronger feminizing effects than estradiol valerate by itself, at the cost of bigger strain on your liver and risk of thromboembolism, but for those who have a lot of masculinization to undo like myself, it's def worth considering. They're also way cheaper and more available.

The whole thing about absolute "normal" hormone levels is bullshit, it's all relative to your overall hormonal/metabolic context. The only thing you need to be basing your dosages on are subjective and feminization effects. If nothing is happening, you need a better antiandrogen and/or more estrogen. Cypro is a very big improvement over spiro, and 6mg estrogen is not a bad amount, assuming you are not just eating them. But really it depends on your own physiology... I'd try switching antiandrogen first, then if you still don't get to where you want to be, try upping estrogen dose or switch to injections or try ethinylestradiol

If you switch to ethinylestradiol, you can just eat them. 1st, try and start hormones; can't. try and find feminine products that makes your hair and skin shiny and soft. Or do both
2nd grow your hair long and/or girlier; can't. Try voice acting, make your voice as girly as possible. You can do both (this tip can tie into the 1st)
3rd can't do a good bit of those tips. Try talking to someone you trust on how you feel and let all the pain out. Use fake smiles to quell the dysphoria. Cross-dress. Only do this if you're living with your parents and that are homophobic or transphobic or you yet to come out and looking for the right time.
