Not exactly offended, but it is inaccurate. Some men do need to go to a gyno, so it's not exactly your being a man that's the issue. Though in this context it's pretty clear that when you say man you mean "biologically male" so there isn't much ambiguity. But you should be careful of saying things that imply lesbians cannot be attracted to trans women.
