I went to the site and got pretty good at it. I was already losing weight from running/less-food.
My butt got rounder imo but I didn't take comparison pics. Though along with that I was doing things like lunges and leg bridges and other lower body shit from various youtube workouts. I got up to elbow pushups and the bulgarian split squats in that pic/site. Then I just did a different routine that's basically a mix of that and foundations. But now that that little outdoor calisthenics gym is too cold to use so I just do yoga and what I can do at home.
It's kinda great but takes a while. Still before I couldn't do 10 knee pushups and now I can do handstands and fun junk.
I def lost a lot of arm fat and gained muscle there so that's great and I can feel baby abs just under my stomach. I think if I were to get an ab wheel and maybe lose like 5 or 10 more pounds I'd have some cute abs poking out. But now it's holiday season and I just wanna eat food.
So tl'dr it's fine if you don't wanna fuck with making your own routine, there's better out there but that one isn't horrible. Check out the website as dude has advice on progression and form there. Do stretches too. Put in some more leg work as most calisthenics guys don't give as much a fuck about leg work and having thick thighs/legs like girls do. You will get a better core and arms. And progression is slower than what'd you probably get from weight lifting but imo it's funner/cooler and duh cheaper.

Personally I disagree with you on the existence of gender, but at this point it's a matter of philosophy more than anything, especially since neither of us are experts on human psychology and/or sexuality.

Nope. I think people with real medical transsexualism should be able to transition, and should be treated as their target sex, within reason. I *also* think that we should not ignore that a trans woman is not the same thing as a natal woman, and a trans man is not the same thing as a natal man. I don't think trans woman should be allowed to dominate female spaces, and I think natal men and natal women should be able to have their own spaces and talk about their own issues without interference from people who prioritize trans people's feelings (and denial of reality) over absolutely everything else.
