For your hands, growing the nails out will help. I also have largeish knuckles, and having nails that come out just at/slightly beyond my fingertips makes them seem more in proportion. Certain nail polish colours can help too, but that depends on skin tone as well so you would have to just experiment. Its annoying trying to find rings that fit, though!

I don't think there is all that much you can do aside from improving the skin, removing hair, and getting the nails professionally done. I actually got my start into the whole none-dude-kinda-girl thing by convincing strangers on omegle that I was a grill and letting them jerk it to my feet. I was very lucky though, I stopped growing at age 15 and ended up 5'4" with size 6.5 in women's shoes. (It always was nice to have an excuse to shop in the girls section as when I was with family)

My feet are the single worst part of my body. I have short fat toes and they are very wide so it's difficult to find shoes that aren't runners that fit properly.

I would never have any sort of cosmetic surgery on my feet because I enjoy running and would much rather be able to run properly over have feminine feet.
