I guarantee this paradise would collapse within a century due to internal factors alone at best. There would be divides on small issues at first then things would progressively fall apart.

I think inverting the rates of homosexuality and heterosexuality in humans would have favorable results for both civilization and the planet. Population growth could be regulated simply and easily in swift accordance with the needs of society - unemployment, homelessness, and malnutrition could be eliminated within a few generations.
I'd want to see strict demarcation between heterosexuality and homosexuality, with severe punishment for any contravention - bis would be fired from their jobs, turned out of their homes, and beaten in the streets (starting with my ex).
