I volunteer at our local AIDs foundation, there are two groups, one for teens to 25 year olds and one for 30+, I stuck around for both once, and the teen one was all special snowflakes talking about bunselves, and the one actual transgirl there who actually had dysphoria was so uncomfortable, the undertone bullying the trenders gave her was unreal.
