KCI glock 15 rounders going for $5.14(they add 3%) per mag
http://www.centerfiresystems.com/magglo9-02.aspx

>Do they work?
Yes, I own 5, I just bought 7 more. No mods necessary.

Tested in both a 3rd gen and a 4th gen 19.

Also, they have extra freedom capacity for $10.30 per mag

>Do they work?
Yes, I own 8. You do need to dremel out the mag catch a bit in order for it to stay locked in when you fire, but other than that it works fine. Great for the range or any rifle that takes glock mags.

http://www.centerfiresystems.com/search.aspx?find=maggl

Shipping is $10 per order, unless you order ammo or a gun or some other shit. If you buy over 100 dollars worth of stuff, shipping is free.

How about a handgun under 300?

Ya, gonna have to agree with the first post. My Glock 19 cam with an old LEO mag, and two KCIs. They work, but only if I load about 13 max. They are the only mags to ever make my glock hiccup. Thanks for trying to look out though.

I don't reload so whatever's cheapest that won't hurt my gun.

I'm the TP9 guy. Bulls Eye Marksman Range. I don't know of any other ranges near me. I'm finally able to start shooting again (I left my girlfriend last sunday) so I guess now is as good a time as any to find something better.

I bought it a month or so ago and I've thoroughly enjoyed the 500 rounds I've put through it. The only problems I had were the with the first 200 from the whitebox. I had about a dozen light strikes. Literally nothing with the 300 rounds of remshit.

so for those of you who just want cheap mags, get these, for what PSA sells these at, you cant even buy a single PMAG at cost

I highly recommend GA firing line. Great knowledgeable staff, will haggle on used guns sometimes.

Range is electronic, and air conditioned.

Don't shoot steel here.

Audreys Armory is good. They let you shoot steel. It's abit cold in their range, and it's one of the old style, but it's not too bad.

>Outdoor

The only outdoor range I know of is Creekside.

I've never been. I've heard it's okay

>Interdasting. I ask because I saw it on forgotten weapons and it seemed like a nice piece id consider if I ever move to real America.

It's a great gun for a conversation starter, or to put in a collection. But if you're going to actually shoot it, there are far better 10mm pistols out there as shooters.

If you want a Bren 10, buy a Bren 10. If you want a 10mm Auto pistol, there is Glock, Tanfoglio(They tend to beat up frames and develop cracks, however), Colt(Delta elite!), S&W(If you can find one and afford it),RIA, Nighthawk(If you can afford it), STI(If you can afford it), and Wilson Combat(If you can afford it)

>Of all the S&W autos, which do you like most and why?

If I had to pick, I'd say it's the first one I bought, the 5903TSW.

Perfect weight and balance, has a rail, PERFECT DA and SA trigger, Not too heavy, 15 rounds is pretty normal, and It's got good deep rifling with a matched frame and slide.

>What do you think of the 3913?

I think it's a really nice gun. I own one. I used to carry it, but now it stays in the safe.

I've been on a 1911 kick as of late.
>>
>>29865556
Learn to love the Pmag follower, anon.

I personally prefer aluiminum mags because of the price point and the fact that a pmag follower turns a shitty mag into an amazing mag.
>>
kci mags dont feed well. spring gets stuck gtfo
>>
>>29865573
What kind of 1911's you got a hardon for?
My buddy just bought a fancy Springfield. A range officer or something like that and it seems pretty nice.
>>
>>29865592
Where are the proofs.

>>29865596
I just bought a springfield GI Stainless and that saited it a bit, but really? Just 1911s in general.

I've been looking at these guys, but FUCK if you actually want to buy one cause BUDS is the only place that has a large amount of them in stock and fuck if I'm going to give money to those assholes.

so, having used PMAGs before they got b& by the military (seriously fucking gay, GI mags suck cock goddammit) they are definitely better to use in war/SHTF over metal mags for the sole reason of magazine failures

if one of my metal mags failed, it wasnt always easy to tell, with a PMAG a failure to where they wont work is pretty obvious

Pmag failure: magazine is fucking cracked, obviously broken

GI mag failure: body dents can impact feeding, feed lips bend, other stupid shit, and unless its super severe you wont really notice it without comparing to a mag in good condition

for civi use though both are fucking fine, the service mags are god knows how old and have seen more rounds than you would like to know, and arent exactly kept in ideal conditions

and magazines are disposable, if i lost one it wasnt a huge deal and i could just get another one, theyre good mags dont get me wrong but PMAGs are better for ID'ing critical failures
>>
>>29865627
>This entire post

You make a very good point Anon.

The service mags also don't get their springs changed out, and they are using the inferior(Compared to the magpul) tan follower.

I keep a stable of both, but I have far more Aluminum GI mags than Pmags, just out of cost.
>>
>>29865622
Neat. I personally like the classic looks for 1911's. If I were to ever buy one id get something resembling an original 1911 and I'd go full ww2 GI with period correct battle rattle
>>
>>29865681
The stainless is pretty close to an original. It kinda sucks to shoot due to hammer bite.

If you want something that's nice to shoot, invest in one with an extended beavertail and the hammer to match.

I think I'm going to upgrade my springfield with that, very, very soon.
>>
>>29865696
I've heard about the beaver tail. My buddy said his has a match barrel and trigger but also has an extended beaver(dove)tail. I've never personally been bitten by a 1911 though
>>
>>29865672
at $7/mag compared to the PMAG $13/mag, its a lot easier to stock up on metal mags, the look is somewhat classic, and having a metal mag is just flat out neat

i think its a shame that current production metal mags (colts included) are still shipping with shitty tilting followers, but hell you replace that and youre golden and still coming in cheaper than a pmag, but god help your soul if you go prone on a rock and dent a mag

Are cz75s any good?
>>
>>29865727
They're what you'd expect out of a manufacturer these days who hasn't run their company into the ground.

Sigfags and CZ fags will argue until the day is long, but the fact of the matter is, both companies make a good gun that works.

>>29865712
Well if you dent one, toss it out!

>>29865716
No problem. Go buy a gun! This is /k/! you should be buying guns!
>>
>>29865745
>Well if you dent one, toss it out!
yup! people always ask why i stock up on mags, and i always say because they all will fail eventually, they were made to be disposable, so to me they are

i beat the fuck out of my mags, and desu some of the most durable are the PMAGs, but with the D&H ones being so cheap its easier to buy a bunch of those and hurts less to chuck one out
>>
>>29865765
If you're a cheapass such as myself, you could bend it back, but it's probably far easier to just replace the damn magazine.

noob

They got banned, then they took that shit back like 3 months later. Even so two things: 1 actual combat line platoons dont give a shit if your using them, they know they work, just have one metal mag with you if csm is rolling around or bco 2. If you were that much of a bitch you would have just bought magpul follower and spring kits

Also you should be on gen3 aluminum mags by now, gen2 and 1's are usually range mags. When i deployed gen3's were all we got and used overseas, but they had just hit the supply chain, its been five years, if you dont have tan followers quit getting bullshit.
>>
>>29865968
kindof off topic, but will those follower/spring kits fit in galil mags? How about WASR-3 mags? Weiger mags?

>best car gun

The cheap zastava AK pistols are shit, they're heavy as hell and have shit tolerances (mags don't fit, etc) I can't speak for dracos but I'd assume they're better as wasrs are better than n/opaps. I think the best car gun/concealable rifle is a vz58 pistol though. They're much lighter and can be clip fed so you don't have to have a bunch of mags lying around, or try to conceal a bunch of mags.

Debating chopping my vz2008 to pistol length, of course that means I have to SBR it. But when all's said and done it woild total about $600.
>>
FYI, if you own a Glock in 10mm (ie: Glock 20), you can purchase the .45 acp magazines and modify them (like the hi caps).

korean mags work good for the cashola

Fellow Georgiafag reporting in.

I used to go to Bulls Eye all the time, but basically stopped because of this one fuckbag that works there. Claims to be an "AK expert" and basically knows just slightly more about AKs than your average /k/ newfag. Started telling me some insane and innane shit about trunions (I actually forgot what he was on about because it was a marvelous level of stupid). Also when asked if they had Yugo mags, this faggot said "Nobody has those, and if we did have them, we'd be selling them on gunbroker for $35 a piece. Good luck finding them."

Nigga. I bought six of them yesterday a lot closer for $8 a pop and can get them from various sites for similar price ranges.

Besides all that, their selection was overpriced as fuck.

Find a better range, bro. What area do you live in?
>>
>>29864317
I wish I could make the math work on some of these like the cz. I'd buy one and have it cerakoted, got a good source for that, and flip it. But I would basically break even. Oh well.

>>29863970
i have a 33 round kci that works fine in my G34

Magical wizard, i bought a USP compact9 recently and i was wondering, what are the best prices on mags, and what would you recommend for a defensive load
>>
I just woke up so I'm catching up.

They're pretty average. It's an AR mag.

Good luck. HK mags are notoriously Expensive
http://www.hkparts.net/shop/pc/USP-Compact-9mm-13-Round-Magazine-Flat-Floor-Plate-198p2243.htm

>Defensive Loads

Any SPEER gold dots, or Federal HSTs.

That's my recommendation.
>>
>>29863874

i would rather buy glock brand glock mags. i have gotten a bunch from natchezss.com, the regularly have g19 for $25 and 33rounders for $35
>>
>>29867615
I'm not saying don't buy glock mags, but at 5 bucks a magazine, this is a really good deal to at least try it out.

Use them for training mags, for range mags, and if they jam, for failure mags!
>>
>>29867224
Greetings, fellow USPfag.

Sadly, as SSB the compact mags are usually more of a pain in the ass to find than the fullsize, and you're gonna be paying HK prices for them. I managed to get lucky and find a lot of eight on fucking Armslist for a really good price (I think I payed $60 total?) Currently best price on USP mags I can find is at Midway.

They made a stainless mag that has a orange license built magpul follower that's very good. IMO steel mags are a cut above GI aluminum since they are a good deal stronger and the feed lips stand up to abuse better. Also if you reload you can load the bullet slightly longer in a steel mag since its a hair longer front to back.

I just bought a bunch to sell in case of a panic and i do like the fact that i can insert them on a closed bolt unlike my Pmags. Lancers are my fav mag but they are double what the C-Products run and i already have a few.
